Te Nosce was formed in 1996 and is dedicated to exploring all the areas of human wellness, in its broadest sense.

With our combined 40 plus years of experience in the wellness arena we have identified five broad areas in the field of human wellness where by making some small changes to our life-styles dramatic improvements in the level of our wellness can be attained.

The five areas are:

1. Nourishment
2. Toxicity
3. Rest
4. Exercise
5. Attitude
